Re-Cleaning Policy

You may return any dry-cleaned items if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, and we will re-clean them free of charge.

To request re-cleaning, please e-mail our Customer Service Centre and explain the problem. A Customer Service Representative will contact you shortly to arrange a suitable time to resubmit the items and your designated driver will pick-up the items on schedule.
