Does Drycleaning@Work charge a pickup and delivery fee?

Pickup and delivery is FREE when your order totals $10 or more.

A $10 minimum charge does apply to all orders.

What if I am not there when the driver makes a pickup or delivery?

It is not necessary for you to be present because all pickups and deliveries are made only to a specific location of your designation.

What do I do if my order is incomplete?

At Drycleaning@Work we pride ourselves on timely and accurate service. On the rare occasion that there is a problem with your order, please send an email to our Customer Service Centre describing the circumstances and a representative will assist you in remedying the problem.

What do I do if I have a question regarding an order?

Drycleaning@Work Customer Service Representatives are happy to answer any questions you may have about our service and how to use our web site.

Drycleaning@Work is an online dry-cleaning service site, and hence your first line of communication with us is through e-mail. Please make all enquiries through our Customer Service Centre. Shortly thereafter, a Customer Service Representative will contact you to resolve any issues that may have arisen with your order.
